When should I book my wedding coordinator?

As soon as you’ve picked your wedding date and booked your ceremony/reception venue.

How can I book Afterglow Events?

Make sure you’ve filled out the contact form to schedule a quick phone call and receive your personalized proposal. To book our services we require a signed contract and 50% retainer fee.

Do you work multiple weddings?

No. We only work one wedding per week to offer a personalized service and truly focus on your event details.

How many coordinators are on your team?

One lead coordinator, but depending on the size and complexity of your event we can include an assistant.

Do you speak other languages?

Yes! In addition to English, I’m fluent in Spanish and can coordinate in either language.

Will I be able to speak with you before our kickoff meeting?

Absolutely! Even though our services begin 8 weeks before your wedding day with a meeting, you can communicate with us via email or scheduled phone calls.

Do you charge any extra fees?

Our flat fee pays for everything that’s included in your proposal but if there are any other custom services you’re interested in, we would be happy to price it and include it in your final proposal. We don’t charge for any extra meetings as long as they are over the phone.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Most wedding venues will require you to work with insured vendors and we can show them our certificate of insurance.
